In times of the past, communities all across the world honored the important Thresholds in a person’s life through ceremony. Women and girls having built in rites of passage through their biology and yet the rituals of honoring these thresholds have been mostly lost to western culture. And what of our boys? What are the moments and ceremonies that honor their journey into adulthood? How do we reclaim rites of passages for our children in a way that supports their integration and sense of belonging in this world? Come join us for a community circle and conversation in the name of building bridges & reclaiming initations for our children.

An evening of somatic self-care.
Come gather with us in the Womb Room as we spiral into the wisdom of our bodies.
We will share intentions & reflect on the spiraling rhythms of Earth and Moon before settling into our practice. Weaving together breathwork, meditation, guided self-massage (abdominal area) & belly wrapping, the intention is to ground into the wisdom of our bodies and honor our wombs as portals for deep connection to Self + Life + Earth 🌹
