After birth, every mother deserves to be surrounded by warmth, nourishment, and gentle care. Our postpartum visits are inspired by traditional village practices…when women would gather to tend the new mother with reverence and devotion.
We come to your home as sisters might : bringing nurturing hands, soothing herbs, and a grounded presence. Together, we create a sacred container for rest, integration, and nourishment to honor this threshold time between Birth and Becoming.
Because Postpartum Mamas are meant to be held by many hands.
Each visit includes a nourishing meal, warming and grounding body care, and light household tending. These simple acts of service allow Mama to exhale, rest, and receive care on every level : body, mind, and spirit.
Our intention is to leave your space feeling refreshed and your heart held, so you can fully lean into your new rhythm with your baby…feeling supported, seen, and deeply nourished.

Alyssa and Emily
Soul Sisters, Mothers and Doulas devoted to remembering and restoring traditional ways of postpartum care. Their shared passion lies in nurturing Mothers to thrive in a way that ripples out into the Heart of Humanity. Together, they hold the vision of a world where every woman feels supported, rooted, and deeply cared for through her Initiation into Motherhood and beyond.
Our Offering
Each visit Alyssa and Emily will both come hold you and tend to you for three hours in your home. This begins with a heartfelt check-in to see where Mama is on her postpartum journey. How she’s feeling in body, mind, and spirit, and what might need extra care in her home. From there, we craft the visit around her needs that day.
Each visit includes a nourishing meal.
Other Offerings May Include:
Birth integration and emotional support/ witnessing
In bed simplified Abhyanga (Ayurvedic oil massage)
Herbal bath or foot soak
Belly Binding
Ayurvedic Postpartum Care guidance around rest, nourishment, body care and herbal recommendations
Tidying and light household care (dishes, laundry, simple organization)
Extra hands for other little ones
Holding baby so Mama can rest, bathe, or simply breathe for a few moments
Pricing :
1 - 2 Sister Care Visits : $200 each
3 - 5 Sister Care Visits : $180 each
6 + Sister Care Visits : $150 each
10% discount on 12 visit package
